The first day on the job for Tim Cross, he immediately connected with his players and the UNC fan base with four simple words: "Let's get this work." Every day since, he has brought that same passion. Despite losing Aaron Crawford and Jason Strowbridge to graduation, Cross made it clear he can't wait to see how his defensive line performs in 2020.
