UNC Track Standout Lauryn Hall Prepares For Season From Home In Alabama

“At first I was just running around the neighborhood and running miles,” UNC Track standout Lauryn Hall said from her home in Alabama. Hall ran the fourth fastest 60 meter time in UNC history last season, along with achieving personal best records as well. With UNC's new coaching staff, staying touch has been huge during the COVID-19 pandemic.
