Five-star center Moussa Cisse is postponing his college announcement, a source close to the situation tells 247Sports. Cisse, a 6-foot-11 center out West Africa, was expected to make his college choice this past week. Cisse announced on May 27th that he was reclassifying to the 2020 class and a decision was imminent.
