Drake Maye Named Charlotte Observer 2019-20 Male Athlete of the Year

Class of 2021 UNC quarterback commit Drake Maye was named the Charlotte Observer Male Athlete of the Year on Saturday. Maye completed 210-of-290 passes (72%) for 3,512 yards, 50 TDs and just two interceptions last season. On the basketball court, he averaged 16.1 points, 11.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and had 15 double-doubles, earning all-conference honors.
