UNC Football Ranked 19th In 247Sports' Preseason Top 25

19. North Carolina is the team with the best chance to jump from fringe bowl team to division contender. Sophomore record-setting quarterback Sam Howell is the biggest plus. UNC also brings back 17 starters, including 10 on offense. All six of its losses last season were by a possession or fewer. Those games won’t all go against the Tar Heels this fall. (247 Sports)
