Harris Barton, Julius Peppers On Ballot For College Football Hall Of Fame

North Carolina football legends Harris Barton and Julius Peppers are included on the 2021 ballot for induction into the College Football Hall of Fame, the National Football Foundation announced on Tuesday. Barton was a four-year starter for the Tar Heels, first at center and then at tackle as one of the best offensive lineman ever to play in college football.
