UNC's Chazz Surratt Named Preseason First-Team All-American

The preseason accolades keep piling up for UNC linebacker Chazz Surratt. After being named to Athlon's preseason All-ACC first-team, UNC's leading tackler from a season ago was also labeled a preseason First-Team All-American by publication Street & Smith's. Surratt turned heads last season with how easily he made the transition from QB to linebacker.
