Stadium college football analyst says Duke is ACC Coastal dark horse

Duke is flying under the radar going in to the 2020 college football season, but at least one analyst, Stadium's Michael Felder, says that the Blue Devils are a candidate to be a dark horse. While David Cutcliffe has shown the ability to get his team to outplay expectations in recent years, it's rare for his program to be tabbed as a "dark horse" in the offseason.
