Four-star wing Trey Patterson, who just finished his junior year, committed to Villanova on Thursday, choosing the Wildcats over Florida and Indiana. Rutgers also was in the running for a while. "That’s a good spot for him,” said Jay Gomes, publisher of NJHoops.com and the Garden State’s foremost talent evaluator. Patterson is coming off a sensational season.
