UNC quarterback Sam Howell comes into the 2020 season with a lot of hype and expectations. He's been focused on preparing for that season, of course. But with the recent spate of outbreaks of COVID-19 across college football as athletes return to train, he's cautious as well. "We know everyone wants to play, but we need to do things the right way."
