Coastal Division: 1. North Carolina. With quarterback Sam Howell set to be even better as a sophomore, along with standout receivers Dyami Brown and Dazz Newsome, the Tar Heels won't have trouble scoring. UNC showed defensive improvement last fall. Coordinator Jay Bateman has a few holes to fill, but linebacker and secondary units should be strong. (Athlon Sports)
