Dre Bly’s ability to develop relationships with Tony Grimes and his family was vital in the Virginia Beach five-star cornerback’s commitment to North Carolina on Tuesday, but so was a key game in the fall. North Carolina lost to Clemson on Sept. 28 by one point, but the Tar Heels made a mark for not only Grimes, but his father, who is an assistant coach at Princess Anne.
