Former UNC Star James Michael McAdoo Signs With Japanese Team

Former UNC standout James Michael McAdoo is moving from Europe to Japan to continue his basketball career. The 6-foot-9 forward is signing with Hitachi’s Sun Rockers Shibuya, who play in Japan’s B.League. He likely will compete for playing time against former Duke foe Ryan Kelly. "I can’t wait to get to Kashiwa and learn about the Japanese culture."
