11. Drake Maye, North Carolina Commit: Maye is a very gifted thrower but needs to continue to work on his mobility to maximize his potential. The UNC commit is a pure pocket passer right now. He’s clean mechanically, he’s accurate to all three levels, and he has one of the best deep balls in the class, but struggled when asked to roll to his right or left.
