Mack Brown Pushing 'Aggressive' Recruiting Mentality at UNC

North Carolina is recruiting a new caliber of player in 2021. It started in December 2018, when coach Mack Brown took over the football program. UNC's roster wasn't empty by any means, but to compete for ACC titles with national power Clemson, the Tar Heels had to start recruiting elite players and program-changing talent. That is where UNC is in July 2020.
