Ryan McAdoo continues family tradition with basketball scholarship at UNC
Posted Jul 9, 2020
UNC basketball coach Roy Williams announced Thursday that red-shirt junior forward Ryan McAdoo will be on scholarship for the 2020-21 season. McAdoo’s father, Bob McAdoo, was a first-team All-American as the Tar Heels reached the Final Four in 1972. McAdoo is also the cousin of James Michael McAdoo, who played three seasons at UNC, from 2011-14.
