Jason Kidd doesn't marvel at much. But he still can't quite get over how Vince Carter put the Nets on his back last season, for as long as he did. In fact, Kidd said he never had a teammate produce the way his high-flying wingman did after he was traded to New Jersey last December. "He was an absolute monster for 40 games," Kidd said of Carter. "He was off the charts." But what about this year?
