Mack Brown extended an offer this week to 2021 Miami Hurricanes commit Andres Borregales, the No. 2-ranked kicker in the country from Hollywood, FL. There is enough interaction between Brown and Borregales that it’s worth keeping an eye on. Roy Williams made offers to 2022 5-star wing Mark Mitchell and 2021 5-star power forward Jabari Smith.
