Sam Howell Named To Maxwell Award Watch List

UNC quarterback Sam Howell has been placed on the Maxwell Award watch list, announced Friday by The Maxwell Football Club. A native of Indian Trail, North Carolina, Howell enjoyed one of the finest seasons by a freshman quarterback in college football history in 2019. He was an FWAA Freshman All-America and ACC Offensive & Rookie of the Year. (GoHeels.com)
