Sam Howell Named To Manning Award Watch List

North Carolina's Sam Howell has been named to a list of 30 of the nation's top quarterbacks that will compete for the Manning Award. The winner will be selected by national media and each of the Mannings, after the bowl games. The 2019 Military Bowl MVP enjoyed one of the finest seasons by a freshman quarterback in college football history. (GoHeels.com)
