Fox Sports college football analyst Urban Meyer ranked the Tar Heels as his No. 2 breakout team for the 2020 season. "I have North Carolina at No. 2 because I believe in Mack Brown and his idea of culture and leadership. He’s a culture guy and a leadership guy.
