Students return to Chapel Hill on August 10. This increases the chances of UNC football players contracting COVID-19, which is a concern for Mack Brown. "We’ve got 19,000 students coming back pretty soon. We can’t put them all in a dorm and keep them there. We can’t do what the NBA has done." So, additional precautions continue to be implemented.
