Mack Brown's cleverly constructed coaching staff keys UNC football recruiting surge

When Mack Brown decided to re-enter the college football coaching profession, he immediately went about constructing a staff of assistants who could be part teachers and part salesmen. The latter skill has turned UNC into a recruiting force during the first two full cycles of Brown’s return to a program he first directed to prominence from 1988 to 1997.
