Josh Downs, WR - The quick and shifty receiver is ready to play at the college level and I think he’ll make an impact on the Tar Heels’ experienced offense this season. Expect him to emerge as a reliable receiver for quarterback Sam Howell; Tony Grimes, CB - Grimes is that good and I fully expect him to steal some playing time at the cornerback position.
