Two Tar Heels End Football Playing Careers

North Carolina’s offseason attrition has been finalized as the Tar Heel football program is set to open training camp on Thursday. Sophomore linebacker Matthew Flint and junior defensive back Tre Shaw are no longer participating as football players with the program but will instead assist in coaching in 2020, a team spokesperson confirmed on Wednesday.
