North Carolina's quarterback position starts with Sam Howell, who enters his sophomore season after an excellent freshman year. Howell is one of the nation's best quarterbacks and a candidate for the Heisman Trophy. It's a two-headed monster at running back for UNC with Michael Carter and Javonte Williams coming off of very successful 2019 seasons. (Inside Carolina)
