One of the first football recruits to solidify a spot in the 2023 All-American Bowl is Hoschton (Ga.) Mill Creek defensive back Caleb Downs. Downs is tracking to be one of the more sought-after recruits in his class and already holds offers from Georgia, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, LSU, Nebraska, N.C. State, Tennessee, and of course North Carolina. (247 Sports)
