Chicago Bears’ Robert Quinn still ramping up after ‘personal issue’

The outside linebacker participated in the Chicago Bears’ first padded practice of the year Monday, but didn’t take part in team drills after going through what the Bears coach defined as a personal issue. The Bears signed Quinn to a five-year, $70 million contract — with $30 million guaranteed — in March. (Chicago Sun-Times)
