Here are Nos. 11-20 in the countdown of North Carolina's top in-state football recruits: No. 12 - UNC linebacker commit Power Echols uses his speed and super instincts to make plays from sideline-to-sideline. He flies to the football, seems to enjoy contact, and has great mechanics as a tackler. As a result of the latter, he tends to force a lot of fumbles. (Gaston Gazette)
