Sam Howell entered UNC with high expectations as one of the top quarterback recruits in the nation then delivered on the fanfare by setting the FBS true freshman record and school record with 38 TD passes en route to ACC Rookie of the Year honors; 43. Chazz Surratt turned heads last season. It's a wonder it was only his first year at linebacker. (ESPN.com)
