Matt Leinart says North Carolina could challenge Clemson in ACC

“Clemson’s been there and done that, and North Carolina is building to that,” Matt Leinart said. “You talk about the checklist of what you need for a championship team, well you need the championship-caliber coach and they have that in Mack Brown. I think he’s doing a great job there. They have a great quarterback in Sam Howell."
