Looking At UNC's Depth Chart: Special Teams

North Carolina freshman wide receiver Josh Downs is fast and shifty and has been awfully impressive since arriving in Chapel Hill. Mack Brown said that Downs will return kicks, which might mean both kickoffs and punts. Michael Carter was a regular on the kickoff return team last season but we've been given no indication the he will be this season. (Tar Heel Illustrated)
