North Carolina or Kentucky. Who gets the monster basketball recruiting class?

It’s almost impossible to discuss team recruiting rankings without hitting on the bluebloods. Kansas is off to a solid start and so is UCLA. However, it looks like UNC and Kentucky are best situated for a potentially great class. Will it be the Tar Heels or the Wildcats? Could it be both? The domino here is going to be 2021’s No. 6 ranked player Hunter Sallis.
