Six Freshmen On Board As UNC Field Hockey Opens 2020 Season

Six freshmen are part of this season's 28-member roster for the North Carolina field hockey team, which opens the 2020 season Sunday at Wake Forest. The Tar Heels take on the Demon Deacons at 2 p.m. at Kentner Stadium. "I adore this freshman class," said UNC coach Karen Shelton, who is heading into her 40th season at the program's helm.
