Buffalo Bills elevate linebacker Andre Smith from practice squad


Buffalo Bills linebackers and Deon Lacey have been elevated from the practice squad. Smith, drafted in the seventh round of the 2018 NFL draft by the Carolina Panthers out of North Carolina, spent the last two seasons with the Panthers. The linebacker has played in 19 NFL games and totaled eight tackles. Smith will wear No. 59. (Buffalo Bills)
