UNC Football Starting Over


UNC had completed preparation for a game that wouldn’t be played. It was the first COVID-19 impact of the season for the Tar Heels and possibly not the last. While disruption was expected, it doesn’t change the fact that no one knew when virus-related interruptions would occur, and so UNC has been reworking a practice plan around a fluid schedule.
