Baddour Leadership Academy teaches UNC athletes skills for college and beyond


The Richard A. Baddour Carolina Leadership Academy has aimed to teach University of North Carolina student-athletes leadership skills since 2004. But the organization tries to ensure the effects go beyond the lessons learned. Chase Jones, a former UNC baseball player, said the program taught him leadership skills he hadn't fully honed coming into college. (Daily Tar Heel)
