Rockies’ Daniel Bard finishing up improbable season on a high note

Daniel Bard entered spring training not even knowing if he would make the Colorado Rockies roster. After all, a case of the yips almost ruined his career and he had thrown his last big-league pitch on April 27, 2013, against the Astros. Now he’s one of the best stories of the season. “I’ve never stopped having fun — at least not this season,” Bard said.
