College basketball guru Andy Katz isn’t as high on the North Carolina Tar Heels as other mainstream polling outlets. Katz has UNC ranked No. 26 in his preseason Power 36 rankings, below the likes of Duke (11), Rutgers (13), West Virginia (18), and Richmond (25).
