A rare special teams ruling in North Carolina’s 26-22 victory over Boston College on Saturday flipped momentum and turned a game that the Tar Heels seemingly had in hand into a competitive contest that came down to a last-minute two-point attempt. What was unique to Michael Carter’s fair catch is that the kick bounced at the 11-yard line.
