Danny Green is shooting 33 percent in the postseason. Yet Frank Vogel hasn't taken him out of the starting lineup. Neither did Nick Nurse a year ago, or Gregg Popovich in his last six postseason runs in San Antonio. Because three of the best coaches in the NBA all reached the same conclusion: Green still impacts games even when his shot isn't falling.
