It might lead to as many turnovers as layups, but North Carolina will keep its fast pace despite losing the top seven scorers off last season's NCAA champion basketball team. During his news conference Thursday to preview tonight's start of practice, coach Roy Williams said he will continue to increase tempo with first-time starter Quentin Thomas at point guard.
