'It's home to me': 2023 shortstop Gavin Gallaher commits to UNC baseball

UNC baseball coach Scott Forbes has gotten off to a hot start on the recruiting trail after being named successor to legendary skipper Mike Fox. Forbes secured one of his first big commitments Sept. 28, from local shortstop Gavin Gallaher. The No. 147 recruit in his class per Perfect Game, Gallaher gives the Tar Heels a surefire middle infielder for the 2023 class.
