Penalties Trending Up For UNC Football

For the first time in a long time, finding negative trends has largely become a fool’s errand in Chapel Hill, although there is one that Mack Brown highlighted at his Florida State week press conference Monday: penalties. UNC ranks 68th in penalties per game (9.7) and 73rd in penalty yards per game (91.3) out of the 76 FBS programs currently playing. (Inside Carolina)
