Former Florida State Commit Sam Howell: 'No Bad Blood' With Seminoles

North Carolina quarterback Sam Howell spent parts of nine months on Florida State's 2019 commitment list. He pledged to the Seminoles and then-head-coach Willie Taggert in 2018 but flipped and signed with UNC in 2019. Howell is no stranger to Tallahassee. He visited the school at least five times during his recruitment. On Saturday night he returns.
