Rebuilding Year for North Carolina

The rebuilding begins this weekend with the start of basketball practice, the one facet through all the turnover that Roy Williams actually plans to enjoy. After spending a long offseason traveling around the country recruiting, he gets five weeks of daily contact with his players, and he plans to make the most of it. "This is my favorite time of the year," he said. "I get to coach, and that's want I've always wanted to do."
