Rashad McCants Leads Timberwolves With 18 Points
Posted Oct 13, 2005
Timberwolves head coach Dwane Casey had little to say about rookie Rashad McCants' 18-point offensive outburst in the first preseason game. "Rashad McCants has a lot to learn defensively even though he had 18 points. Offensively he knows how to put numbers up, but defensively he gave up some easy ones." McCants agreed with his coach. "That's my first game and I got a lot to learn," McCants said. "I think that's the whole thing about being a rookie, you have to learn your way."
