Sasha Neglia Earns Third ACC Women's Cross Country Honor Of The Fall

For the third time this season, UNC freshman Sasha Neglia has earned ACC honors. She was named Wednesday as the ACC Cross Country Female Freshman of the Week. Neglia led the women's 6K field Friday at the ACC Tri-Meet in Kernersville, N.C. For the second time in her three collegiate meets, Neglia crossed the finish line first with aa time of 21:07.
