North Carolina reached out to California for the second time in a week yesterday, landing one of the nation's top high-school basketball players in 6-9 forward . Stepheson made his decision after waking up yesterday morning for a day of classes at Harvard-Westlake School in North Hollywood. When he went to bed on Monday night, he was still undecided and was also considering UCLA, Connecticut and Georgia Tech. (Winston-Salem Journal)
