UNC Baseball Alum, Legendary Virginia Tech Baseball Coach Chuck Hartman Passes Away

Former UNC baseball player Chuck Hartman, who oversaw the Virginia Tech baseball program for nearly three decades and coached nearly half a century, passed away at age 85 Monday. Hartman retired in 2006 as the all-time winningest coach in Virginia Tech history in any sport. He finished his career with 1,444 wins, including 961 in 28 seasons at Tech.
